About the Firm

ABOUT THE FIRM

We Speak Your Language

Our extensive expertise in Digital Media & Technology means you spend less time educating us about your case and we spend more time solving it. Our fluency helps us form close working relationships with your team, often feeling like in-house counsel.

Radical Competency

We don’t leave our clients hanging. Our team is committed to communicating well with our clients and keeping them updated at all stages of representation. This means we quickly return calls, emails, and other requests.

Transparency & Collaboration

We walk clients through estimated costs, likely timelines, emotional and financial risks, and potential outcomes. We don’t tell you what to do, but rather collaborate with you on the best path for your business.

Time Management & Prioritization

We prioritize our work and get it done early and thoroughly so we aren’t filing last minute or hounding our clients after hours.

Responsible Staffing

We staff our matters leanly and rely on litigation management systems, judicious delegation, and other methods to reduce our clients’ costs without reducing results.

Proven Thought Leaders

Active and known for our knowledge in the Digital Media & Technology legal space, we often speak, write, hold leadership positions in the legal world, and mentor others about changes within the industry. Read our Essential Guide to FTC Compliance, our Guide to Call Center and Telemarketing Lead Generation Operations, or browse our extensive archive of articles in our blog.

Location Still Matters

Kronenberger Rosenfeld litigates in state and federal courts across the country, but we prefer to keep our offices closest to the courts most prolific in creating laws about intellectual property, technology, and the internet, including the Northern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

After 15 years at 150 Post Street, our San Francisco office now resides at the historic Mills Building. A San Francisco landmark with singular historical, architectural, and aesthetic significance, the Mills Building reflects both the city’s rich commercial heritage and its enduring connection to innovation.

Our locations in both San Francisco and Irvine California place us at the nexus of technology and law.
