
Experienced Litigator Joins Firm
Kronenberger Rosenfeld, LLP welcomes Jane Jaang to the firm as Senior Counsel. Jane brings a wealth of experience in intellectual property and complex commercial litigation, enhancing the firm’s already robust practice in trademark, copyright, and unfair competition law.
Jane’s work includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in matters under the Lanham Act, including trademark infringement, unfair competition, and copyright disputes.
In practice, Jane has secured multimillion-dollar default judgments for violations of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and obtained injunctive relief in copyright and trade secrets cases.
Throughout her career, Jane has also successfully handled commercial litigation, breach of contract cases, and defamation lawsuits. Jane's expertise spans federal and state courts across the United States.
Jane earned her Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University, and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School Newark, where she was recognized as Order of the Coif for her academic achievement.
