Jane brings substantial experience in intellectual property, commercial litigation, and internet law to the firm. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex matters under the Lanham Act and Copyright Act, as well as cases involving trade secrets, unfair competition, and high-stakes business disputes. Her litigation practice spans design patent, copyright, and trademark cases, with a track record that includes securing multi-million-dollar default judgments and permanent injunctions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and Defend Trade Secrets Act.

One of my favorite parts of litigation has been working with my clients to get to them and understand their business. I've learned a great deal from my clients over the years, and I'm still learning.

Jane has successfully prosecuted and defended actions in state and federal courts across the United States. Her representative matters include obtaining ex parte restraining and preliminary injunction orders for copyright infringement, successfully opposing motions for preliminary injunction in design patent and trademark cases, and handling general commercial litigation and breach of contract disputes. Jane is also experienced in defamation litigation and has represented clients in patent infringement lawsuits across diverse industries.

Prior to joining Kronenberger Rosenfeld, Jane earned her Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University, and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School Newark, where she was named to the Order of the Coif for academic excellence.
