Kelly Mulcahy counsels clients on intellectual property matters, with a focus on domestic and international trademark prosecution, copyright and trademark enforcement, and licensing. She helps clients find creative solutions for the selection, registration, use, and protection of their intellectual property rights.

Kelly’s transactional practice includes advising clients on FTC/Advertising Law Compliance, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and drafting terms of service and privacy policies.

Prior to joining Kronenberger Rosenfeld, Kelly was an associate at boutique litigation and trademark firms in the Bay Area. She graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in international studies and earned her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law.
