Seasoned Litigator Returns to Firm

Kronenberger Rosenfeld LLP is pleased to welcome back Ruben Peña (Associate) to the firm. Ruben has returned to the firm to further strengthen our internet, technology, and media law practice. His primary focus will be on class action, speech, advertising, and intellectual property disputes.

During his earlier tenure at the firm, Ruben developed a strong foundation in complex litigation involving online misconduct, digital advertising, and emerging platforms. He worked closely with clients ranging from growing digital businesses to established brands.

Ruben joins the firm with expanded experience as a litigation associate at several class action firms and has grown his practice in handling consumer protection, product liability, and securities and shareholder disputes.

Based in San Diego, he will work closely with the litigation and intellectual property enforcement teams. Clients who previously worked with Ruben will recognize his thoughtful, practical approach and his commitment to understanding their businesses and goals.
