Ruben diligently litigates complicated internet-related legal matters to achieve the best result possible for his clients.

Ruben received his J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law with a High-Tech Certificate: corporate specialization with honors. During law school, Ruben served as an editor on the Santa Clara Law Review.

Ruben’s role is primarily within the firm’s litigation practice. He focuses on litigating disputes involving technology and new media, advertising, and intellectual property to resolve the ever-changing issues arising in an increasingly digital world.

Prior to joining Kronenberger Rosenfeld, Ruben gained experience through his time as a litigation associate at several class action firms, handling consumer protection, product liability, and securities and shareholder disputes. During law school, Ruben was a legal intern at a major technology company and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California.

Ruben is licensed to practice in California. As a native San Diegan, Ruben enjoys the ideal year-round weather by running, golfing, exploring new breweries and restaurants, and cheering on the San Diego Padres during baseball season.
