Partner Karl Kronenberger was nominated for the Cyber Law and Business Report's (CLBR) Special Year-End “Heroes and Zeroes” 2014 list for his landmark verdict in a “revenge porn” case. In the case, Mr. Kronenberger obtained a $250,000 verdict in favor of a plaintiff on claims of invasion of privacy, intentional inflictions of emotional distress, negligence and statutory impersonation.
CLBR is a talk show dedicated to cyber law and policy, as well as emerging internet businesses. Annually, CLBR nominates a range of popular internet stories and trends for their special year-end segment.
